There’s nothing serious between me and them, so I can talk to them about other boys without them getting jealous or clingy. They’ll actually give me advice from a boy’s perspective and tell me if I’ve found the right person or not. They warn/protect me from getting hurt. They care about my feelings and listen to what I have to say. I can label them as older brothers to me. They’re just friends of mine, and that’s it.
