You were my first fight, you were the first person I fought for and that I fought for over and over again. I miss you so much and I’m happy to be talking to you every few days, let’s keep this up and go back to our regular nights spent talking on the phone for hours. Always going to persist through and be friends.
I’m very proud of the friend I am and can be. Today I sent a simple message to a friend I felt close to and comfortable with in some strange way since we became friends, and I’m happy I did just that. It showed them I cared and I noticed they needed a friend, that they needed someone to talk to. I came out of no where to talk to him about something that was hard on them and hard to talk about. Tonight I spent hours talking to them and it was most definitely appreciated. I was acknowledged for my efforts and being such a friend for them in this time of difficulty. Even if it’s just talking to someone it can go a long way because people just need someone to talk to sometimes, especially through their tougher times. I may have said a lot of honest things that were hard to hear but someone needed to say it. By giving my own perspective and opinion, it allowed them to think about it differently than they had been and they now will take it into consideration. Lots of love for my homie and I’m happy to see this other side of them that I didn’t expect to see. I believe they’ll do fine and I’m happy to be their friend now more than I had been. A friendship that’s surprised me for the better, take care homie..
